Vengeance at Meeting Street, sub titled: The shocking story of Sue Logue, her lover political icon Strom Thurmond, and the bloody South Carolina Logue-Timmerman Feud. It is about Sue Logue from Meeting Street, Edgefield County, who was the first woman to be executed in the state of South Carolina, her relationship with Senator Strom Thurmond and the precedent setting trials after multiple retaliatory murders.
Anna Flowers was the Keynote Speaker at the FSA/NLAPW Biennial Conference on Friday Nov. 6th 2015 at the Florida Hotel and Convention Center in Orlando. The Florida State Association of National League of American Pen Women hosted the conference that ran from Nov. 6-8, and awards were given for excellence in arts, music and letters. At the conference The League of American Pen Women awarded Anna Flowers the Pen Woman of the Year for 2015.

Anna has been an active member of the Florida Chapter since 1993, served as panelist numerous times for their annual Sleuthfest Writers Conference in Fort Lauderdale, and also served on their board. She was a member of the MWA national committee for selection of Best Novel in 2002, given annually at the prestigious Edgar Allan Poe Awards Dinner held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York City.
